Free Shipping on All Orders over $49

Free Shipping on orders over $49.00 is domestic ground service via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be subject to our actual shipping rates. All standard orders placed through kitchencollection.com over $49.00 qualify for this promotion and there is no promotional code required at the time of checkout. Free Shipping will be applied to the order at the time of checkout provided total order before taxes and shipping exceed $49.00. Estimate delivery time will be 1–5 business days based on where your package is being sent. The $49.00 amount may be exceeded by one product over $49.00 or by a combination of items. Items excluded from Free Shipping promotion are Glassware, Lodge Cast Iron and Marble. Any order placed outside the time-frame of this promotion will not be credited with Free Shipping. This shipping promotion is subject to end at any time without notice.

APO FPO DPO

For APO, FPO and DPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Option only. Express, Overnight and Priority Overnight ship methods are currently not available. Standard delivery time-frames do not apply. The cost for shipping is based upon order amount. Certain conditions or restrictions of mailing content, preparation and handling may apply.

 

Gift Cards

Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Expedited Service is available (excluding APO/FPO addresses where Gift Card-only orders will be shipped via Standard Service) for a flat rate of $5.00. If a Gift Card(s) is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the Gift Card(s) will be waived for Expedited Service.

 

Freight Orders

Any large B2B, special-order or bulk buys weighing more than 100 lbs. will be handled through one of our reliable freight service carriers, saving you time and money. Orders or addresses requiring lift-gate service will incur an additional fee. Please call our Customer Service department toll-free at (888) 548-2651 to request a quote.

 

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at FedEx.com or FedEx.com/fedextrack

 

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling (888) 548-2651. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
