Easy & Fun!Directions on cooker wrap are for an outdoor gtill, but I used this in my oven set at 350 degrees.
I did not have a can of beer, so I washed well a recently emptied cola can, filled it with 8 ounces of white wine, put the can in the cooker, put the bird on the cooker, put the bird & cooker on a foil lined pan & roasted my 8 1/2 poumd chicken! Let the bird cool awhile when done so that you do not singe your fingers removing the bird from the cooker.The chicken stayed moist, seemed to cook more quickly than usual, & the can caught nquite a bit of the messy juices. Also--a very short soak in sudsy water & the cooker can clean easily.
Can use this minus a can--sturdy cooker.
