A must-have for pie lovers!As much as I love serving and eating home-baked pies, I always dreaded the process of rolling out pie crust, guessing at the size and thickness, and then trying to move the crust to the pie plate without tearing it. Then ... the dreaded clean-up. This product makes rolling out and transferring a pie crust quick, clean, and easy. On pie baking days I prepare enough pastry for a two-crust pie, divide it in half, and roll it out in the floured pie crust bag per the instructions included. When it completely fills the bag to the edge, I unzip it, center the upside-down pie plate over the crust, flip it over and it flops perfectly into the pan, ready to trim as needed, flute, and fill. I set any scraps aside and repeat with the crust. When I am finished with both, I usually have enough pastry left to roll out a third crust in the 11-inch bag. Using this product I can make pastry and roll out and place all three crusts in about 30-40 minutes. Clean up is a breeze, with no sticky counter to scrape. I just carefully wash the inside and outside of the bags and hang it over the faucet to dry thoroughly.
