My observations after two months of use:
Amazingly easy to clean. If pan is still slightly warm, food residue can usually be removed by wiping with a warm cloth, sponge or paper towel. I've only had to scrub a pan once (it had been left for hours after being used) and that was much less effort than I've ever used to clean cookware.
Food cooks evenly and at much lower temperatures than I've ever used before. I've lowered my usual cooking temps by about a third. The manual says not to use cooking spray. My turkey bacon cooks well with nothing added to the pan.
Pans weigh less than other quality pans I've used. The pan handles and the knobs on the lids are comfortable to hold. Also bought the 12" fry pan.
These pots and pans make the chores of cooking and clean up easier.
