- fabulous Review by sandy
I use this as my 'go to' oil for all kinds of cooking...flavoring veggies, sautéing meats, for rice...almost anything I use a little oil for, I reach for this one. I am sorry to say I can't find on shelves any longer. One kitchen store I used to shop was going out of business, and I bought the last 14 bottles they had. I have my daughter on the lookout for it, too. I see it says out of stock on the web page...will you be getting more...sure hope it's not discontinued.

- Not just for dipping Review by BarbBQ
Boyajian Garlic Dipping oil is great for dipping bread. But, it is even better to rub on steaks, chops, even fish, prior to grilling. It keeps the meet from sticking to the grill, adds flavor, and helps prevent the meat from drying out too much. Rub on the garlic oil then season as usual.
We also use it to brown meats for stews & casseroles.
