Boyajian Garlic Dipping oil is great for dipping bread. But, it is even better to rub on steaks, chops, even fish, prior to grilling. It keeps the meet from sticking to the grill, adds flavor, and helps prevent the meat from drying out too much. Rub on the garlic oil then season as usual.
We also use it to brown meats for stews & casseroles.
