Kitchen Collection Return Policy

At Kitchen Collection, your satisfaction is guaranteed! We want you to be completely happy with every item you purchase from us, online and in-store. But if, for any reason, an item must be returned, Kitchen Collection makes returns as easy as possible. 

Products may be returned within 90 days for replacement, exchange or refund at any of our stores nationwide or online, regardless of where the product was purchased.

 

Returns In-store

Avoid shipping charges and let us help you more quickly by returning your items to any Kitchen Collection store within the United Sates.

  1. Product must be unused and free from any type of customer damage or signs of abuse.
  2. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  3. Bring your sales receipt or packing slip and a valid photo ID.
  4. Lose your receipt? No Problem! We will exchange the item at current retail value or provide an in store credit which can be used at any Kitchen Collection location nationwide. In-store credits are not valid towards online purchases.

 

Returns by Mail

You can also return online and in-store purchases through the mail so long as it is shipped to us from within the United States. To return your online purchase by mail:

  1. Product must be unused and free from any type of customer damage or signs of abuse.
  2. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
  3. Include a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return.
  4. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

Shipping Damaged Merchandise Policy
We take pride in how we package and ship your merchandise. If you do receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will replace the item at no cost to you. You must notify us within 7 business days (time limit set by shipping carrier claims policy) of receipt of the damaged merchandise to qualify for a no cost replacement. If you are present at time of delivery and the box or packaging appears damaged, please inspect the actual item for damage before accepting it (the carrier will wait for you and allow you to inspect the item its self). If you received or refused a damaged item, please call us toll free at 1-888-548-2651 and we will handle the damage claim with the carrier (note this claim could take up to 10 business days be completed), as well as send you a replacement item at no cost to you.

 

Refund Method for in-store purchases

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. On occasion, when an item was paid for with cash, debit card or check in an amount greater than $250, the refund may be in the form of a check mailed within 10 business days of the return. Any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited to the gift card used.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account. Any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited to the gift card. You will receive a copy of the credit memo showing the applied refund via USPS within 10 business days of the return. 

 

Defective Merchandise

We guarantee that your product will arrive brand new, perfect and in working condition. If an item should arrive defective out-of-the-box, or become defective within 90 days from date of purchase or arrival, we will replace that item at no cost. After 90 days you are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact our customer service center or by telephone at 1-888-548-2651 to report the defect and arrangements will be made have your item returned. Customer Service agents are available to help Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. 

 

Manufacturer's Warranty 
If after 90 days your product has a manufacturing defect, please check the retail packaging or reference your product manual for the contact information of the manufacturer. If the information cannot be found, contact our customer service center or by telephone at 1-888-548-2651. A Customer Service agent will be able to provide a phone number or email address for the manufacturer. Customer Service agents are available to help Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. 

 

Factory Refurbished Warranty

All Factory Refurbished products are inspected and serviced by the original manufacturer to meet original product specifications returning the item to a like-new or almost new condition. Some Refurbished items will show a slight amount of cosmetic wear and tear, some items will look brand new and is warranted by the original manufacturer. If after 90 days your Refurbished product has a manufacturing defect, please check the retail packaging or reference your product manual for the contact information of the manufacturer. If the information cannot be found, contact our customer service center or by telephone at 1-888-548-2651. A Customer Service agent will be able to provide a phone number or email address for the manufacturer. Customer Service agents are available to help Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. 

 

Gift Exchanges and In-store Credit

If product was purchased with an in-store credit or is a gift being returned with a gift receipt, we gladly exchange the item at current retail value or provide an in store credit which can be used at any Kitchen Collection location nationwide. In-store credits are not valid towards online purchases.

 

Vanity Fair Outlets

Products purchased at one of our Vanity Fair outlet locations are covered by Kitchen Collection’s satisfaction guarantee!

 

SodaStream Machine Returns: 
If returning a Soda Stream Machine, it is best to return the machine to a Kitchen Collection store location. If you are unable to return the machine to a store location, contact our customer service center or by telephone at 1-888-548-2651. A Customer Service agent will work with you to return the item, properly issue credit and/or replace the damage unit. BECAUSE THE CYLINDER USED WITH THE MACHINE IS HAZMAT CERTIFIED, YOU MUST REMOVE THE CYLINDER FROM THE SODASTREAM MACHINE BEFORE PACKAGING TO RETURN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer Service agents are available to help Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Once the machine is received by Customer Service, a credit will be granted to payment method utilized. This process may take 5-7 business days to complete.

 

While rarely exercised, Kitchen Collection does reserve the right to deny any exchange or return request.
