Orders must be placed by 2 pm ET each business day to ensure that
we can deliver your order of in-stock merchandise the same day to
FedEx for shipment. Order placed after 2 p.m. ET will be shipped
the next business day.

Is delivery guaranteed? - Top
|
|
We do our best to package your order quickly but once we deliver it
to FedEx, we are relying on them to bring your package to your home.
We cannot guarantee the arrival of your package so we do not refund delivery charges if the package
does not arrive on time.

Why do I need to designate residential or business? - Top
|
|
FedEx has different services for express, business and residential
delivery. Express is air shipment with delivery to any address Monday
through Friday. Ground Commercial delivers to business addresses
Monday through Friday. Home Delivery delivers to residential addresses
Tuesday through Saturday.

How long will it take for my package to arrive? - Top
|
|
We ship from our warehouse in southern Ohio. Typically it takes 1 day to addresses in Ohio, 2-3 days to the Eastern US, 3-4 days to the Midwest, 4-5 days to the Western US, 6-7 days to Alaska, Hawaii and certain remote areas of the West. If you wish to receive the
package sooner, you may choose 3-day, 2-day or Overnight delivery.
