Return Policy
We want you to be happy with anything you purchase from Kitchen Collection. But if not, we want the return to be as easy as possible.. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it within 30 days for replacement, exchange or refund with your receipt at stores or on-line, regardless of where you purchased.

In Kitchen Collection Stores
With a Sales Receipt: If you need to return something to a store, bring your sales receipt and we’ll be happy to give you, depending on how you paid, either a cash refund or a credit on your credit card.
Without a Sales Receipt: We’ve all lost our sales receipt some time. So if you don’t have your receipt, we will still gladly exchange your product or give you an in-store credit, good at any Kitchen Collection store (sorry, not valid on-line or in VF Outlets).
Gift Receipts or In-store Credit: If your received a gift receipt with your product or purchased it with an in-store credit, we will be glad to exchange your product. In-store credit receipts cannot be redeemed on-line. These must be redeemed at a Kitchen Collection store.
On-line: Products purchased in stores may be returned through our on-line Customer Service Department. Simply ship the item to our Customer Service at 71 East Water Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 with the receipt, your preferred return action and your contact information inside the box. You will receive a copy of the credit memo showing the refund to your credit card via USPS.

Products purchased on-line may be returned to any Kitchen Collection store or to our Customer Service department.
Return to Store: Simply bring the Packing List, found in the pouch on the outside of the box, with you as your sales receipt. Click on the Store Locator to find the nearest location to you.
Return to Customer Service: Please complete the form on the bottom of the Packing List and return it along with the item(s) being sent back. You’ll find a return address label provided for you on that Packing List.
At VF Outlets
Products purchased at VF Outlets are still covered by Kitchen Collection’s satisfaction guarantee. However, you will need to return these products to a VF Outlets or to our Customer Service Department.
Return to Store: Please be sure to bring your sales receipt. VF Outlets return policies apply.
On-line: Products purchased in VF Outlets may be returned through our on-line customer service department. Simply ship the item to our Customer Service department at 71 East Water Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 with the receipt, your preferred return action and your contact information inside the box. Our customer service agents will contact you to complete the return.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
If you received a product that was defective in the manufacturing, malfunctioned, was missing a part or some other manufacturing problem, please check the packaging for the contact information of the manufacturer. If you cannot find that information, our customer service agents can provide you with a phone number for contacting the manufacturer.
Kitchen Collection Branded Products: We stand behind anything we manufacture. You’ll find our warranty on the packaging. Contact our Customer Service department if you have a problem.
Hamilton Beach Non-electric Products: Kitchen Collection warranties Hamilton Beach non-electric products, i.e. cookware, bakeware, gadgets, bbq tools, cutlery and more. You’ll find our warranty on the packaging. Contact our Customer Service department if you have a problem. Hamilton Beach electric products carry Hamilton Beach’s warranty and you’ll find their information on the packaging.
