Return Policy
At Kitchen Collection, your satisfaction is guaranteed! We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from Kitchen Collection. But if, for some reason, an item must be returned, Kitchen Collection makes returns as easy as possible. Products may be returned with receipt within 90 days for replacement, exchange or refund at stores or on-line, regardless of where the product was purchased. The Customer Service Staff is available to help Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. E.S.T.(we are closed on major holidays), either by email at customer.service@kitchencollection.com or by telephone at 1-888-548-2651. In Kitchen Collection Stores With a Sales Receipt: To receive a full refund, a sales receipt must be presented to return something to a store. Kitchen Collection will issue a refund, depending on how payment was originally made, either with a cash refund, company issued check or a credit back onto a credit/debit card. Without a Sales Receipt: If a receipt cannot be provided, Kitchen Collection will exchange the product or provide an in-store credit. This in-store credit is not valid on-line or in VF Outlets but is good at any other Kitchen Collection Store location. Gift Receipts or In-store Credit: If product was purchased with an in-store credit, or is a gift being returned with a gift receipt, Kitchen Collection will exchange the product. In-store credit receipts cannot be redeemed on-line; these can only be redeemed at a Kitchen Collection Store. On-line: Products with a receipt, purchased in stores, may be returned through the On-line Customer Service Center. Ship the item to: Kitchen Collection Customer Service Center 351 Chamber Dr.,Dock 115 Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 If returned to the Customer Service Center, the product must be accompanied with the receipt. Please include the preferred return action and customer contact information inside the box. Customers will receive a copy of the credit memo showing the refund to their credit card via USPS. At KitchenCollection.com Products purchased on-line may be returned to any Kitchen Collection Store or to the Customer Service Center. Return to Store: Simply bring the Packing List, found in the pouch on the outside of the box, with you as your sales receipt. Click on the Store Locator to find the nearest location to you. Return to Customer Service: At VF Outlets Products purchased at VF Outlets are still covered by Kitchen Collection's satisfaction guarantee. However, items purchased at a VF Outlet can only be returned to a VF Outlet Store or to Kitchen Collection Customer Service Center. Return to Store: Customers will need to present the product sale receipt when returning product to a store. VF Outlets return policies apply. On-line: Products purchased in VF Outlets may be returned through the on-line Customer Service Center. Manufacturer's Warranty If a product that was defective in the manufacturing, malfunctioned, was missing a part or some other manufacturing problem, please check the packaging for the contact information of the manufacturer. If the information cannot be found, contact the Kitchen Collection Customer Service Center either by email at customer.service@kitchencollection.com or by telephone at 1-888-548-2651. The Customer Service Agents will be able to provide a phone number or email address for contacting the manufacturer. Kitchen Collection Branded Products: Kitchen Collection guarantees all products that we manufacture. Warranty information is found on the product packaging. Contact the Kitchen Collection Customer Service Center with any concerns or questions regarding the warranty. Hamilton Beach Non-electric Products: Kitchen Collection warranties Hamilton Beach non-electric products, i.e. cookware, bakeware, gadgets, BBQ tools, and cutlery. All warranty information is displayed on the packaging. Contact the Kitchen Collection Customer Service Center if you have questions regarding the product warranty either by email at customer.service@kitchencollection.com or by telephone at 1-888-548-2651. The Kitchen Collection Customer Service Agents are available to help Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). SodaStream Machine Returns: If returning a Soda Stream Machine, it is best to return the machine to a physical Kitchen Collection store location. If you are unable to return the machine to a store location, please call Customer Service at 1-888-548-2651. If returning a SodaStream Machine, due to a damage or defect, on the www.kitchencollection.com , please call Customer Service at 1-888-548-2651. The Customer Service Team will work with you to return the item, properly issue credit, and/or replace the damaged product. BECAUSE THE CYLINDER USED WITH THE MACHINE IS HAZMAT CERTIFIED, THE CUSTOMER MUST REMOVE THE CYLINDER FROM THE SODASTREAM MACHINE BEFORE PACKAGING TO RETURN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once the machine is received by Customer Service, a credit will be granted to payment method utilized. This process may take 5-7 days to complete. |
