Your privacy concerns are important to us at Kitchen Collection, Inc. ("Kitchen Collection")
and we are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read the following Privacy Statement
to understand how your personal information will be treated as you use this Web Site. When
you use this Web Site, you consent to the use of your personal information by Kitchen
Collection in the manner specified in this Privacy Statement. This Statement may change
periodically, so please check back from time to time. For your information, the date of the

1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE THAT INFORMATION Top

Kitchen Collection does not collect any personally identifiable information from you
(e.g., name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) unless you voluntarily choose to
disclose such information. We will not sell, trade or rent your personally identifiable
information to third parties. Your information may be used for research on usage patterns,
product development, online site customization and targeted marketing. Your information may
be kept or purged, at Kitchen Collection's election.
Processing Your Order: Whenever you shop through one of our on-line retail stores
(e.g., KitchenCollection.com), we obtain from you the information we need to process your
order. This information includes, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail
address, etc. If you use a credit or debit card, or pay by check, it will include your
account number. We use the information we collect about you to process your order and to
provide a more personalized shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about
changes in our products or services, or about special offers we think you will find valuable.
If you would prefer to not receive this information, you will be given the option to decline
it when your account is created.
Customer Registration : Registering with Kitchen Collection is purely your own choice
and is not a requirement for you to enjoy the many features offered by the Web Site. When
you register with Kitchen Collection, you create a "User ID" of your choice and choose a
secret password. We then ask you for background information, such as your name, current e-mail
address, address, zip code and telephone number. Once you register with Kitchen Collection,
you are no longer anonymous to us, and Kitchen Collection can use your information to provide
you with valuable notifications of sales and discounts on our products.
Newsletter Registration: When you register to receive Kitchen Collection's newsletter,
we collect information about you, including your name and e-mail address. Personally
identifiable information collected during the newsletter registration process will be used to
provide you with Kitchen Collection's newsletter. The information that you submit will be
shared with a trusted third party, who will provide you with our newsletter.
Co-Branded Services: Some Kitchen Collection services are offered in conjunction with a
partner company. These are called co-branded services. In order to provide these co-branded
services to you, it is necessary for us to share information with our partner company. If
data is being collected and/or maintained by any company other than our partner companies, you
will be notified prior to the time of the data collection or transfer. If you do not want
your data to be shared, you can choose not to allow the transfer by not using that particular
service.
Cookies: Kitchen Collection also collects information about your use of the Web Site
through the use of cookies. A "cookie" is a small data file stored by your web browser on
your computer's hard drive. Cookies allow us to recognize who you are when you arrive at our
Web Site. Information collected via cookies helps Kitchen Collection determine what areas of
our Web Site are important to our users and to provide you with a more personalized shopping
experience.
Aggregate Information: We collect non-personal information about our customers, and
aggregate this statistical information in order to improve our Web Site. When we say that we
may share such information in "aggregate" form, we mean that we will not disclose individual
names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses unless we have your permission.
External companies may be provided aggregate information about our customers.
Use of IP Addresses: An Internet Protocol ("IP") address is a number that is
automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web. Web servers
automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When visitors request pages from the
Web Site, our servers log the guests' IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to
anything personally identifiable, which means that a visitor's session will be logged, but the
visitor remains anonymous to us. Kitchen Collection collects IP addresses for the purposes of
system administration and to audit the use of this Web Site. We also use IP addresses to
collect statistical information to send to our advertisers and for other marketing and
promotional purposes.
Information from Children: Kitchen Collection does not direct its Web Site to children
under thirteen (13) years of age. Individuals under eighteen (18) should consult with their
parent or guardian about the use of this Web Site for their benefit.
Monitoring, Enforcement and Legal Requests: Kitchen Collection has no obligation to
monitor the Web Site or the use of the Web Site, or to retain the content of any user session.
However, Kitchen Collection reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain, and/or
disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process,
or governmental request or to cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities in
investigating a claim of illegal activity. We may use IP addresses to identify a user when
we feel it is necessary to protect our service, Web Site, customers, or others.
Change of Ownership or Control: In the event that Kitchen Collection becomes owned or
controlled by other individuals or entities, the information we have collected may be
transferred to such party or parties. In this case, such individuals or entities will follow
this Privacy Statement in the place of Kitchen Collection's current owners.
Other Sites: Except as otherwise expressly discussed in this Privacy Statement, this Statement only
addresses Kitchen Collection's use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent
that you disclose personal information to other sites, you are subject to the privacy customs and
policies of these other sites. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose any personal
information.
Advertisements: This Web Site provides advertisements to its users. By clicking on an
ad, you may be linking to a third party Web Site that is not controlled by Kitchen Collection,
and may have different information gathering practices than Kitchen Collection.
Public Forums: You understand that any information that you divulge in the public areas
of this Web Site, including any chat rooms, is public information and is not kept confidential
by Kitchen Collection. Please use discretion when posting information to the public areas of

Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your
personal information, Kitchen Collection cannot ensure or warrant the security of any
information you transmit to us or any information provided by our on-line products or services,
and you do so at your own risk. Kitchen Collection will not be liable for disclosures of your
personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
However, once we receive your transmission, we do our best to ensure its security on our
systems by making reasonable efforts to protect the information.
Security: Any information provided to Kitchen Collection is treated with care and
discretion. When information is shared, Kitchen Collection will take a proactive approach
to ensure the information is kept private and not misused.
Passwords: If you register, your customer account and personal information is password
protected. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Therefore, we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask
you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. Also,
remember to log out when you have finished using our Web Site.
Encryption: When you submit personal information to Kitchen Collection, we encrypt it
using SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (high); RSA with 1024 bit exchange, an encryption
software program. Encryption is the industry standard means to protect information as it
passes over the Web to our server. We use care to protect this information against
unauthorized access and modification once it is stored on our database.

special offers we think you will find valuable, you can elect to do so by sending a blank

profile from our active database by either using the online system or by e-mailing us at the
same address. Unfortunately, Kitchen Collection may not be able to delete other types of
information, such as aggregate or stored information.
